Leadership is a way of thinking, a way of acting and, most importantly, a way of communicating.

For the conscious leaders that want to make a difference.

All group programs are designed individually based on the needs of the team or organization and areas it needs to focus on. The extent of the program can range from a standalone workshop focused on a single specific topic, to a multi-session, complex program aiming for a holistic change in how the team or organization functions. Each program includes an additional dedicated preparation session with the leader or leadership team, as their active participation and commitment is imperative for the program’s success. The total number of sessions may depend on the overall size of the group.

The focus areas can range from improving the overall collaboration and connection of the team and creating new ways of working, working through an ongoing change, to refining the organizational values and how the team or organization lives them day to day.

Regardless of the specific focus topic or goals, all programs are build on and honoring four key principles: authenticity, transparency, quality communication and respecting differences.

Authenticity

Whether your main goal is improving communication, trust, or increasing the performance of the team, creating an environment that encourages and supports authenticity is critical. Lead by example and make space for each team member to follow you in their own, unique footsteps.

Quality communication

Quality communication is more than just clear communication channels and well-defined meeting cadences. While both are important, it is crucial to equally focus on active listening, understanding, and the ability to create and respect boundaries.

Transparency

The focus is often building trust, but there is no trust without transparency. Every team or organization needs to find their unique ways to navigate transparency also in times of uncertainty, during difficult changes, or in tough conversations.

Respecting differences

We are all individuals with different experiences, skills and backgrounds. Even when we do the same ‘what’, our ‘hows’ will likely look different. It is essential to understand these differences and to learn to work with them in constructive, respectful ways.

Depending on your team’s needs, you can choose to develop and strengthen these key values through different avenues and formats.

  • Leadership coaching

All levels of leadership have an undeniable impact on how engaged the teams they lead are. Through that, each leader has a direct impact on employee happiness and retention, and indirect impact on project success and customer satisfaction. In leadership coaching sessions, the focus is on authenticity in leadership and quality communication focused on creating transparency and building trust.

  • Workshops

All workshops are designed individually based on the needs of the team and areas it needs to focus on, and their goals can range from focusing on either of the four key principles to more specific ones defined together leadership. Each workshop package includes an additional dedicated preparation session with the leader or leadership team, as their active participation and commitment is imperative for the session’s success.

  • Team journeys

Sometimes, and especially in times of high pressure or change, a deeper assessment of what exactly the team needs is required. A team journey includes a survey directly engaging the team in the process, and deriving the immediate goals based on the input received. In collaboration with both the team leadership and the employees themselves, the outcome is defining new ways of working that reflect the unique needs of the organization.
