About me
“Only take advice from someone who’s been where you want to go.”
To let you follow the advice quoted above, let me tell you more about who I am and where I’ve been.
As you already might know from my story - at the beginning, there was curiosity about how we humans work. So I went to study psychology. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the Faculty of Arts and continued my education towards a Master’s Degree in Social and Work Psychology at the Institute of Applied Psychology, both under Comenius University Bratislava.
But all the studies and theories of the world are not enough without lived experience, are they?
I have spent 15 years in various corporate roles and environments, and I have held positions across various parts of HR (recruitment, compensation & benefits, business partnering, change management, data & analytics) as well as on the ‘business side’ (leading various parts of IT & primary data projects in global operations). I have been an employee, a coordinator, a project lead, a team lead, and a people manager.
Throughout my corporate career, I have worked on local, regional and global level, which gave me not only the chance to see all the different perspectives life in corporate environments brings, but also the opportunity to work as a part of many international teams, where I had closely worked with people from over 15 different nationalities across multiple continents. I did so both working on my home turf and while figuring expat life once I’ve moved to Germany 7 years ago.
But the world keeps spinning, and there is always more to learn, isn’t there?
There always is - so next to my practice and experience, I continue my education too. I focus on neuroscience, neurodiversity, positive psychology, and their application in work environments.
In 2022, I have become a certified Flow coach. Today, in 2025, I am preparing for a final exam to complete my MicroBachelor degree in Introduction to Neuroscience with the online program from Harvard Univeristy, while simultaneously working towards a certification as a Neurodiversity coach.
Last but not least - I continue to learn as I keep walking on my own journey, and I’d love to learn about your journey, too.
